Welcome to the Beachtown Community Foundation Corp.(BCFC) website. BCFC is the homeowner’s association for the Beachtown community in Galveston, Texas. Beachtown is a 260-acre deed-restricted, traditional neighborhood development on the east end of Galveston Island.
